Angle Recruitment is representing a leading marine claims specialist in the search for a
Claims Manager
to join its Singapore team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of claims from notification through to settlement.
Investigate and assess claims, liaising with clients and key stakeholders throughout the process.
Work closely with insurers, brokers, surveyors, legal counsel, and other external parties.
Negotiate settlements and prepare claims reports and recommendations.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
Experience in claims handling within marine, insurance, loss adjusting, or a related claims environment.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
Candidates from marine claims are highly preferred; however, those with experience in motor, property, or general insurance claims who are looking to transition into the marine sector are also encouraged to apply.
