Job Summary
Lead and coordinate large-scale building construction projects through all stages, applying architectural expertise and advanced project management skills to identify risks, interpret technical data, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Synthesize data from Common Data Environment, EDMS, and Primavera P6 to identify and mitigate project coordination risks.
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure accurate execution.
- Navigate BIM models and approved Electronic Document Management Systems (e.g., Bentley ProjectWise) to review technical documents, RFIs/RFAs, and project statuses.
- Work independently and collaboratively within teams to manage fast-paced construction projects effectively.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Negotiate and manage conflicts with stakeholders including CAG to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare executive-level presentations using advanced Microsoft Office skills and interpret data-driven dashboards such as Power BI.
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess an Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction for large-scale building projects.
- Successfully completed at least two projects through construction and handover stages.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex project data for risk identification.
- Proficiency in using BIM models and EDMS for project review.
- Advanced presentation skills for executive communication.
