Senior Executive - Sales

Job Purpose

Independently manages key customer accounts/markets, driving revenue growth, pricing strategy execution and long-term relationship development for assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

Own and grow an assigned portfolio of key accounts/markets, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Lead pricing negotiations and contract discussions within delegated authority.

Develop account plans and market-development strategies in line with overall sales strategy.

Analyse sales performance, market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Coach and guide junior sales executives on account management and negotiation practices.

Resolve escalated customer issues (quality, delivery, commercial) in coordination with cross-functional teams.

Represent company at trade shows, customer meetings and industry events.

Requirements & Qualifications

Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade or related field.

3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in gloves, rubber, or industrial/FMCG manufacturing.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

Strong negotiation, analytical and relationship-management skills.

Willingness to travel regionally/internationally as required.

Working Conditions

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
