We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to lead ERP transformation and implementation engagements across Singapore and the APAC region.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead requirements gathering and business-process workshops

• Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions

• Manage data migration, testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities

• Advise customers across finance, procurement, supply chain, inventory, and operations

• Lead functional workstreams and manage senior stakeholders

• Mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales activities

What we’re looking for:

• 10–15 years of overall IT and consulting experience

• At least 7 years of hands-on Business Central or Dynamics NAV experience

• Proven experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations

• Strong functional knowledge across finance and supply-chain processes

• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

• Experience working with Singapore business requirements is advantageous

• Power BI implementation experience is a strong advantage
