Role Description The Brand Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This position focuses on supporting brand strategy and execution by assisting with campaign planning, coordinating marketing activities, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, preparing presentations and reports, and supporting sales and customer engagement initiatives to strengthen brand recognition. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners, gathering feedback from customers, and helping refine brand positioning and promotional materials. The Brand Development Associate contributes to both strategic planning and hands-on implementation to ensure cohesive and effective brand development.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, including active listening, relationship building, and responsive support to client and customer needs.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as lead follow-up, basic negotiation, and the ability to support revenue-generating initiatives.
• Candidates should possess Marketing skills, including an understanding of brand positioning, campaign coordination, and familiarity with digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with prior internship or work experience in branding, marketing, or sales.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and the ability to adapt to changing priorities will be advantageous.
