About the role

As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Hazwan Medical Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in driving the company's sales and marketing initiatives. This full-time position is based in Kuching, Sarawak, and will involve working closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

2. Identifying and prospecting new potential clients, building relationships, and closing sales

3. Coordinating and participating in marketing activities, such as tradeshows, events, and campaigns

4. Collaborating with the marketing team to create and distribute compelling marketing materials

5. Gathering and analysing market intelligence to identify trends and insights

6. Providing excellent customer service and support to maintain strong client relationships

7. Reporting on sales and marketing performance metrics to the leadership team

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record of success in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the medical/healthcare industry

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically

4. Proficient in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM software and digital marketing platforms

5. Degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
