Job Summary:

The Senior Event Sales Manager / Event Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through the successful sales and coordination of events, meetings, conferences, and banquets within the hotel or hospitality venue. This role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the flawless execution of events that meet client expectations and reflect the hotel’s service standards.

The incumbent leads the event sales team, works closely with the operations and culinary departments, and collaborates with marketing to promote event spaces and packages. The Event Sales Manager is expected to meet or exceed sales targets, provide strategic input for revenue growth, and deliver exceptional client experiences from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event sales or banquet sales within a hotel, resort, or event venue environment.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience handling both corporate and social events is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of local market trends and competitors.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
