Job Summary
Support daily e-commerce order fulfilment and customer service across multiple sales platforms.
Manage stock levels to prevent overselling and out-of-stock situations.
Assist in warehouse operations, including goods preparation for e-commerce and B2B sales.
Discuss and set sales strategy for e-commerce campaigns.
Responsibilities
Fulfill daily orders accurately from various e-commerce sales platforms
Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple platforms to ensure customer satisfaction
Manage product listings to prevent overselling and maintain accurate stock availability
Anticipate stock resupply needs ahead of campaigns to avoid sales disruption and minimize out-of-stock events
Answer customer calls & messages professionally to resolve questions and provide support
Assist in picking and preparing goods from the warehouse for daily e-commerce orders
Prepare goods for B2B customer deliveries to meet order requirements
Monitor and manage stock levels in the warehouse to avoid overselling and reduce out-of-stock situations.
Training will be provided on the strategies and use of various sales platforms
