Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of Japanese breads (e.g., shokupan, anpan, melon pan)
• Perform dough preparation, mixing, kneading, fermentation, shaping, and baking
• Ensure consistency in texture, taste, and presentation of all bread products
• Follow standardized recipes and production schedules
• Maintain and monitor sourdough or starters where applicable
• Operate bakery equipment (ovens, mixers, proofers) safely
• Maintain strict cleanliness and food hygiene standards
• Support daily production planning to meet sales demand
• Assist in stock control and proper storage of ingredients
• Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements:

• Experience in baking or strong interest in bread making
• Willingness to learn Japanese-style baking techniques
• Able to work early morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Good teamwork and communication skills

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
