Job Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical components and systems for
semiconductor / industrial equipment
.
Create and modify
3D models, assemblies and 2D engineering drawings
.
Perform design calculations, material selection and tolerance analysis.
Work closely with electrical, controls and manufacturing teams to develop machine solutions.
Support prototype build, testing, troubleshooting and design improvements.
Liaise with suppliers and support fabrication, assembly and installation.
Prepare engineering documentation, BOM and technical specifications.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in
Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
.
3+ years of mechanical design experience in
industrial equipment, automation or semiconductor machinery
.
Proficient in
SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor or similar 3D CAD software
.
Experience in machine design, mechanisms, precision components and fabrication.
Knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-up and engineering drawings.
Semiconductor equipment / automation experience is highly preferred.
Good problem-solving and project coordination skills.
