Job Summary:
1. Technical Support
- Provide consultation or technical information to Coway Technician thru call or face to face .
- Monitoring any non-genuine part change by Coway Technician.
2. In house Repair
- Repair all product that failed to be repair by Coway Technician in customer house .
- Repair equipment that is used by service agent& Coway Technician.
- Involve in the product rework.
3. Used Spare Part Testing & Product Refurbish management.
- Collect defect spare part from technicians and Good receipt reporting.
- Testing the defect spare part and refurbish used spare part.
4. Adhoc Warehouse or inspection support
- Support warehouse PIC upon request by superior.
- Quality inspection in warehouse upon request by superior.
Requirements:
- Work location: Kempas, Johor Bahru
- Min Diploma of Electronic/ Mechatronic/ Electrical/ Mechanical.
- Experience work as Technician in troubleshooting and repairing, QC
- Skills: Excel, Troubleshooting, Repairing Home Appliances, Quality Control
