Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field.

Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant internship or up to two years of working experience would be an advantage.

Basic understanding of web concepts such as URLs, parameters, HTML, JavaScript or APIs.

Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and operational reports.

Clear written and spoken English, with the ability to explain technical steps in simple terms.

Willing to learn affiliate tracking, postbacks, server-to-server integrations and traffic protection.

Able to manage multiple tickets or tasks and follow through until they are completed.

Comfortable using AI tools to support research, troubleshooting, documentation and daily productivity.

About The Role

The Technical Operations Associate supports the setup, testing and daily monitoring of advertiser tracking to make sure conversions are recorded correctly and campaigns run smoothly.

Working within the Track & Protect team, this role helps identify tracking issues, unusual traffic and possible violations, and coordinates with internal teams and partners to resolve them.

This is an entry-level role suitable for fresh graduates or early-career candidates who are curious about technology, enjoy solving problems and are willing to learn affiliate tracking and traffic protection.

What you’ll do

Help new advertisers set up tracking links, postbacks and system connections.

Perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing (QA/UAT) before campaign launch to confirm conversions are tracking correctly.

Explain basic integration steps to partners and internal teams in simple, easy-to-understand language.

Monitor daily tracking data for missing conversions, broken links, unusual changes or duplicate activity.

Review automated alerts and flag possible tracking or traffic-quality issues.

Assist in checking suspected policy violations and gathering information or evidence for review.

Troubleshoot basic tracking issues and identify where the problem may be coming from.

Coordinate with Commercial, Technology and senior team members to resolve tracking or protection issues.

Respond to support tickets and keep requestors updated on the progress of each issue.

Escalate complex, urgent or high-risk issues quickly with clear findings.

Record test results, issue findings, actions taken and final resolutions.

Maintain setup checklists, process guides and tracking documentation.

Use data and reports to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.

Use available tools and technology to improve troubleshooting, documentation and day-to-day productivity.
