Full Time QS (Quantity Surveyor) Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,200 in SVS RENOZ MY SDN BHD Kajang - Maukerja

Responsibilities

Cost Planning & Estimation

• Prepare accurate estimates and bills of quantities to support pricing and budget decisions.
• Monitor project costs and produce clear cost reports to help keep projects on budget.

Tender & Contract Management

• Compile tender documents, evaluate subcontractor quotations, and recommend award options.
• Assist in contract administration, progress claims, and interim payment certifications.

Site Coordination & Measurement

• Carry out site measurements, verify quantities, and maintain organised measurement records.
• Attend site inspections and coordinate with site teams to resolve measurement and scope queries.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, preferably within construction or renovation projects.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proven ability in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and tender documentation.
• Familiarity with contract administration, cost control, Microsoft Excel, and AutoCAD.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong attention to detail with organised record keeping and reporting habits.
• Good communicator, comfortable liaising with contractors and internal teams, and able to manage time across multiple tasks.
