Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth store activities.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance and work discipline.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints.
• Manage stock receiving, replenishment, stock count and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store displays follow company standards.
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling and store reports.
• Ensure the outlet is clean, organised and well-maintained.
• Support the Outlet Manager in achieving sales and operational KPIs.
• Train and guide new team members when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Experience in fashion, footwear, kidswear or lifestyle retail is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
