Location: Seremban, Malaysia
Project: Hospital Construction Project
Salary: Up to RM8,000 per month
Employment Type: Contract – Until Project Completion
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Availability: Immediate to 1 Month Notice Period

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior QAQC professional to oversee and manage quality assurance and quality control activities for a hospital construction project in Seremban.

The successful candidate will ensure that all construction works and materials comply with approved specifications, drawings, quality standards, inspection requirements, and project procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QAQC activities for the construction project.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and inspection requirements.
• Conduct inspections of construction activities and completed works.
• Ensure materials and workmanship comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
• Review and monitor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality documentation.
• Identify quality issues and non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions.
• Conduct quality inspections and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Maintain QAQC records, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure quality issues are resolved.
• Support the project team in achieving required quality standards and successful project completion.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior QAQC Engineer/Manager in building construction projects.
• Experience in large-scale projects such as hospitals, commercial buildings, institutional projects, or high-rise construction will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of QAQC procedures, construction quality standards, inspections, and documentation.
• Experience reviewing ITPs, method statements, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Must be available to join immediately or within 1 month.

Salary: Up to RM8,000 per month

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
