Key Responsibilities

·        Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues

·        Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications

·        Configure and maintain Email server and AD Server

·        Support and troubleshoot SAP enterprise system issues, liaising with vendors or internal teams where necessary

·        Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, servers, and connectivity issues

·        Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across systems

·        Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact operations

·        Maintain accurate documentation system configurations and resolutions

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure projects and upgrades

·        Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where relevant

Requirements

·        Diploma or Higher Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

·        Proven experience in an IT support or technician role

·        Working knowledge of SAP enterprise systems (functional or technical support experience preferred)

·        Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and business software

·        Familiarity with network administration, including LAN/WAN setup, troubleshooting, and security basics

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·        Good communication skills, both written and verbal

·        Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
