Job Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural, structural and construction drawings.
Produce 2D drawings and 3D models based on project requirements.
Develop layout plans, elevations, sections and construction details.
Coordinate drawings with architects, engineers, consultants and project teams.
Review design specifications and ensure drawings comply with approved plans.
Revise and update drawings according to site conditions and consultant comments.
Maintain proper records and version control of all drawings.
Support the project team with technical documentation and submissions.
Attend coordination meetings and conduct site visits when required.
Ensure drawings comply with Singapore building codes, BCA requirements and relevant regulations.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, Building Construction or a related discipline.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Knowledge of Revit, BIM, SketchUp or other drafting software is an advantage.
Good understanding of architectural and construction drawings.
Familiarity with Singapore construction standards and submission requirements is preferred.
Able to interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings.
Detail-oriented with good accuracy and organisational skills.
Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with the project team.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Candidates with relevant building drafting experience will be preferred.
