We are looking for a responsible, organised, and proactive Project Coordinator to assist in managing and coordinating projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and ensure smooth coordination between teams, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and monitoring the overall progress of projects and events.
• Manage project timelines, operational arrangements, logistics, suppliers, contractors, and venue coordination.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support on-site event and project operations when required.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, project updates, and other administrative or secretarial matters related to projects.
• Ensure tasks are completed according to deadlines and operational requirements.
• Handle operational issues promptly and assist in providing effective solutions.
• Support the project team in ensuring efficient workflow and communication throughout project implementation.

About you

• Experience in project coordination from any industry.
• Experience in event or conference management is an added advantage but is not compulsory.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
