WE ARE HIRING – CLAIM ADVISOR JEACOO (BODY & PAINT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in and towing insurance customers professionally
• Collect and verify all required claim documents
• Open and close Work Order accurately and timely
• Prepare estimation for insurance claims, windscreen and cash repair
• Coordinate vehicle delivery upon job completion
• Update customers on repair progress and status
• Order parts after approval

Requirements:

• SKM / Diploma or related qualification
• Experience in Body & Paint or insurance claim is an advantage
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to work independently and handle multiple cases
• Computer knowledge
