About the role

We are seeking a Sales Support Intern to join our dynamic sales team at our Kapar, Selangor location. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the sales and bearings industry. As a Sales Support Intern, you will work closely with our sales coordinators and account managers to provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth sales operations. This role is instrumental in enhancing customer service delivery and supporting the growth of our sales department. You will be based on-site at our Kapar facility, where you will collaborate with our experienced team members.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with processing customer orders, quotations, and sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner

• Maintain and update customer records and sales databases to ensure information accuracy and accessibility

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers

• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and marketing materials to support sales activities

• Handle customer inquiries via email and telephone, providing product information and resolving issues professionally

• Support the organisation of sales meetings, product demonstrations, and client presentations

• Assist with inventory management and stock level monitoring

• Conduct product research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies

• Perform general administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and data entry

• Support the sales team with any additional tasks as required to ensure departmental efficiency

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is advantageous

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

• Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor

• Eagerness to learn about the bearings and industrial components industry

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management is preferred

• Reliability and commitment to meeting deadlines
