Strategy and Planning
- Perform Telesales and outdoor sales activities
- Support bank cross-sell or up-sell initiatives
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their challenges and feedback.
- To achieve and exceed the monthly individual sales targets set forth by the business.
- To ensure that tagging of the loan account is done promptly.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations to address them.
- Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities to enhance client value.
- Working cohesively with our internal colleagues to support and leverage on each other for greater collaboration to achieve higher level of effectiveness and efficiency.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor’s activities to provide insights and recommendations.
- Helping newcomers with on-the-job training and attachment.
- Keeping abreast of Regulator’s guidelines and changes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the lending industry.
Qualifications
- GCE O Level, and above
- Prior experience in promoting unsecured loans in a financial institution is an advantage
