We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager from the beauty, aesthetic, or wellness industry to lead branch sales, team performance, client acquisition, and daily operations. The ideal candidate is a strong sales leader with an existing client/lead network and proven experience closing high-value packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive branch sales, revenue, and client acquisition through personal and industry leads.
• Conduct skin consultations, close high-ticket packages, upsell treatments, and drive renewals.
• Lead, coach, and motivate skin consultants, beauticians, and front-desk teams.
• Set sales KPIs, monitor team performance, and build a high-performing sales culture.
• Oversee daily branch operations, client flow, service quality, and outlet standards.
• Manage client retention, follow-ups, and service recovery.
• Work with management on promotions, partnerships, and client engagement initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the beauty, aesthetic clinic, or wellness industry.
• At least 2–3 years in a Branch Manager or leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving RM200,000+ personal monthly sales.
• Strong existing client/lead network and ability to generate leads independently.
• Excellent high-ticket closing, consultation, and upselling skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Working Requirements

• Fully onsite at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.
• Hands-on role covering sales, team leadership, client acquisition, and branch operations.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
