Position Type: Full-time or part-time (minimum [20] hours/week for part-time)

About Us
AgileAsia is a Singapore-based training provider offering professional courses in Agile, product management, digital transformation and related fields, delivered in partnership with institutions such as SUTD, SMU, SIM, NTUC etc. We're growing our online learning platform and looking for a creative, hands-on marketer to help more professionals discover and succeed in our programmes. We're a small, close-knit team, so everyone wears multiple hats and has a real say in how we grow.
The Role
You'll own AgileAsia's digital marketing end to end, from running paid campaigns to producing the content that attracts learners and the e-learning materials that keep them engaged. As part of a small team, you'll also work closely with sales to turn interest into enrolments, and pitch in on operations whenever needed. This role suits someone with a startup mindset who likes building things from scratch, moves fast, and cares about results, not just activity.
Key Responsibilities
Paid advertising
• Plan, create and manage ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn to drive course sign-ups and enquiries.
• Produce ad creatives (copy, static visuals, short videos) and run A/B tests to improve performance.
• Manage campaign budgets and track key metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rate and ROAS.
Content marketing
• Develop and execute a content calendar across the website, blog, social media, email newsletters and LinkedIn.
• Write engaging, SEO-optimised articles, course pages, case studies and learner success stories.
• Create social media content, including short-form video, carousels and infographics.
• Build and nurture email campaigns for leads, past learners and corporate clients.
E-learning content
• Work with trainers and subject-matter experts to turn course material into engaging online modules.
• Create e-learning assets such as explainer videos, slide decks, quizzes, microlearning units and interactive content.
• Upload and maintain content on our learning platform (LMS), ensuring a consistent, high-quality learner experience.
Sales support and lead conversion
• Work hand in hand with the sales team to generate, qualify and follow up on leads from campaigns, webinars and enquiries.
• Create sales collateral such as course brochures, proposals, pitch decks and corporate training packages.
• Respond to course enquiries and help convert prospects, including individual learners and corporate clients.
• Own enrolment targets alongside the team and track the full funnel from click to paid registration.
Analytics and growth
• Track performance using Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards and CRM data, and report insights to management.
• Identify new channels, audiences and campaign ideas to grow enrolments, including SkillsFuture-eligible and corporate training segments.
• Coordinate with the course planning team to align marketing with upcoming course runs and intakes.
Web Development
• Code, deploy, and maintain high-converting landing pages and interactive web experiences using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Own the technical health of our website, optimizing site architecture, crawlability, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals to maximize organic reach.
• Hard-code A/B tests, multivariate tests, and user personalization scripts directly into the front end.
Operations support
• Support day-to-day operations when needed, such as course launch coordination, learner communications, and event or webinar logistics.
• Help keep the LMS, course listings and registration pages accurate and up to date.
• Suggest and implement improvements to processes and tools as the team grows.
Requirements
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Instructional Design or a related field.
• At least [3] years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in education, training or B2B services.
• Proven track record running paid campaigns on Google, Meta and/or LinkedIn with measurable results.
• Strong writing skills in English, with the ability to explain professional topics clearly and persuasively.
• Proficiency with design and video tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar.
• Experience creating e-learning content or working with an LMS (e.g. Moodle, TalentLMS, Thinkific) or authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Rise/Storyline, Genially).
• Comfortable with analytics tools and making data-informed decisions.
• Startup mindset: resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, and happy to roll up your sleeves beyond your job title.
• Sales-oriented, with a focus on conversions and revenue, and confident speaking with prospects and clients.
• Willing to support operations and take on varied tasks in a small team environment.
• Self-driven and organised, able to manage multiple projects independently.
Nice to Have
• Familiarity with Agile, product management or tech-related topics.
• Knowledge of HRDCorp and the Malaysia adult training landscape.
• Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Experience using AI tools to speed up content creation.
What We Offer
• Flexible full-time or part-time arrangement with hybrid work options.
• A high-ownership role where your work directly impacts the company's growth, with room to grow as we scale.
• The chance to shape the digital presence of a growing training brand.
• Exposure to industry experts and access to AgileAsia courses.
• 5-10k RM Salary/PM benefits: e.g. base salary plus performance incentives, annual leave, medical coverage
