About the role

Design modern, user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms. Conduct user research and competitive analysis to understand user needs and design opportunities. Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to outline intuitive user experiences. Create high-quality mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD. Establish and maintain design consistency through a well-defined design system, including typography, color palette, and iconography.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to understand user needs and design opportunities
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to outline intuitive user experiences
• Create high-quality mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD
• Design modern, user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms
• Establish and maintain design consistency through a well-defined design system, including typography, color palette, and iconography
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business goals into engaging design solutions
• Develop creative concepts and visual assets for marketing materials such as social media graphics, banners, and digital campaigns
• Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining visual appeal and usability
• Optimize design layouts for responsive and mobile-first performance
• Present and communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to stakeholders and clients
• Iterate on feedback to continuously improve design quality and user satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, visual design standards, and emerging design tools.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Multimedia Design, or related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in both UI/UX design and graphic design roles
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and creative visual design work
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and responsive design
• Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and design systems for digital platforms
• Excellent attention to detail with strong visual composition and typography skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines
• Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or basic front-end principles is an advantage
