Job Description:

• Source and identify suitable candidates for IT-related positions through portals.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide updates on their application status.
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview results, offers, and joining dates.
• Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring requirements and support recruitment targets.
• Assist with other recruitment-related tasks and ad-hoc projects when required.

Job Requirements:

• Posses with Diploma and above in Business / Human Resource / Psychology
• At least 1 years experience in handling end to end recruitment and hiring for IT role
• Must able converse in fluent English due to serve with Australia Market
• Good communication skill and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales-driven and results-oriented, with a strong passion for achieving targets
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
