• Assist in daily safe deposit box operations, including account opening, account closing, and contract preparation.
• Provide clear guidance to customers on safe deposit box policies, fees, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all safe deposit box activities, including billing notices, new box requests, and box closures.
• Ensure confidentiality and adhere to security protocols when handling customer transactions.
• Comply with company control measures, regulatory guidelines, and the code of conduct.
• Prepare and generate reports, record daily transactions, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Perform special assignments, ad-hoc tasks, and other responsibilities as required by management

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
