Job Responsibilities :
To perform in-house and on-site service and repair of Battery Operated Cart (BOCs)
To understand the electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic system necessary for troubleshooting and repair/maintenance of BOCs
To maintain a good record on administrative works (Eg, Job Report, Parts used etc)
To assist in other jobs as arranged by supervisor
To perform housekeeping of workshop and service van following 5S system
Requirements :
Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
Good understanding of basic electrical circuit
Able to read and understand electrical wiring diagrams.
Knowledge of mechanical or hydraulic system will be advantageous
Customer service oriented
Must be able to work independently and as a team
Must possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and be willing to travel to customer sites for on-site servicing and repairs.
