About the Role:

This is a client-facing sales and advisory position with a structured pathway transitioning into management within 2 to 3 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client portfolios, assess financial stability, and understand their long-term financial goals.
• Learn and recommend suitable investment and financial solutions tailored to client needs.
• Expand network and cultivate new client relationships through events, networking, and direct outreach.
• Manage ongoing client relationships through appreciation events and clear communication.
• Attend continuous personal development training provided by Senior Leadership.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Nationality: Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) ONLY. (Foreigners are not accepted per MAS/company guidelines).
• Age: Minimum 21 years old.
• Minimum Education: 4 GCE 'A' Level passes (or equivalent); Local Diploma (Singapore Polytechnic diplomas automatically recognized); Recognized Diploma (minimum 900 academic hours with formal graded exams).
• Licensing: Willingness to complete 4 mandatory CMFAS examination papers (M5, M9, M9A, HI). (First examination fee is fully sponsored by the company).
