The Opportunity
Join a well-established manufacturing environment and be part of end-to-end production operations.
Gain hands-on experience operating production equipment while working in a GMP-regulated setting.
Opportunity to develop skills in process operations, equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and quality control.
Rotating shift schedule with overtime opportunities where required.
Salary: up to $3600
Working location: East (Transport provided)
Working hours: Based on shift
Job Scope
Operate and monitor production equipment to support daily manufacturing activities.
Perform production tasks according to established procedures, quality standards, and work schedules.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance checks on equipment.
Report equipment issues and coordinate with the engineering team on maintenance requirements.
Support process improvement initiatives to achieve production targets and operational efficiency.
Carry out routine and non-routine cleaning of process equipment and production areas.
Requirements
Minimum Secondary education ('N' Level, 'O' Level, or equivalent).
Able to work rotating shifts and overtime when required.
Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments is an advantage.
