Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized physiotherapy treatment plans to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
• Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and mentorship to junior physiotherapists and therapists, supporting their professional development.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with AHPC professional standards, regulatory requirements, and clinical best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care and deliver the best possible treatment outcomes.
• Monitor patients' progress, review treatment effectiveness, and modify rehabilitation plans as required.
• Promote evidence-based practice and contribute to continuous quality improvement within the physiotherapy department.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience as a Physiotherapist
• Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment, and communication skills
• Passionate about patient care with a commitment to continuous learning and development
