Job Responsibilities:

• Data entry, update system, upload documents onto system, ensure recording of information into system is accurate.
• Participate in transaction monitoring and compliance checks.
• Assist with regulatory filings, annual returns, AGMs.
• Ensure all transactions are supported by documents before recording
• Clarify with relevant persons with regards to undocumented transactions
• Record receipt of monthly bank statements.
• Raise invoices for all trust entities and follow up on payments.
• Assist in the preparation of relevant documents for distributions, investments, infusions of funds, settling of assets into the trusts.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and provide administrative support to the team as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Legal Studies or a relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting, corporate services, legal or relevant administrative fields.
• Familiarity with AML, KYC and CDD requirements will be an added advantage.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Careful, meticulous and attentive to detail.
• Able to follow instructions and established procedures closely.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to completing assigned tasks.
• Proactive, organised and willing to take initiative.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
