About the Role

The Manager, Product Management plans, organizes, and implements marketing activities in alignment with departmental objectives for DKSH's business, integrating directions from brand clients and local market requirements across advertising and promotions, product management, and trade marketing. This role is pivotal in driving brand performance, strengthening client relationships, and delivering sustainable commercial outcomes across the assigned portfolio.

What You Will Deliver

• Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) of appointed agencies within the assigned portfolio, ensuring yearly preset objectives are achieved through the execution of sound marketing strategies and plans
• Execute the approved Marketing Working Budget (MWB), optimizing allocated funds to build brand awareness and drive brand sell-through
• Continuously strengthen mutually beneficial trading relationships with clients by enhancing value delivery and consistently meeting agreed objectives
• Gather market trends, market share data, and competitive intelligence to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and inform strategic decision-making
• Ensure an optimum balance across all marketing activities, including: brand-building exercises such as media advertising, Public Relations (PR), event sponsorships, product launches, and sampling
• Product and category education through internal and external product training sessions and webinars
• Trade marketing activities including Point-of-Sale Material (POSM) deployment, promoters, fixtures, display stands, planograms, and trade campaigns
• Consumer marketing initiatives such as sampling, bundle buys, gifts with purchase, and digital and e-commerce platforms
• Ensure all marketing activities remain within the allocated Advertising and Promotions (A&P) budget for relevant agencies
• Ensure pre-financing of marketing activities on behalf of clients is recovered within agreed terms, and liaise closely with clients to secure full or partial funding for ad-hoc activities
• Work closely with the Sales team on retailer trading terms negotiation to ensure trade investments and expected sales returns are aligned with department profit objectives
• Serve as custodian of the brand's image at retail level, determining and upholding merchandising standards
• Evaluate and determine the most cost-effective and implementable forms of Point-of-Sale Material (POSM) to raise product visibility and highlight product Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) in trade
• Plan and conduct scheduled product training sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen product knowledge and commercial capability
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Degree in any field
• Willingness and ability to travel as required by business needs
• Demonstrated ability to independently plan and execute roadshows with confidence and minimal supervision
