HIRING: WAREHOUSE E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT

Location: Joo Koon MRT (EW29)

Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
• 6 days off per month
• If Public Holidays fall on Saturday/Sunday, staff are required to work and will receive a replacement off day
• Overtime: 1.5x / 2x
• Monday overtime may be required

Job Responsibilities

• Pick and pack e-commerce orders according to SOP
• Check products, quantities and labels before shipment
• Perform quality checks before packing
• Assist with ad-hoc warehouse duties when required
• Keep the packing station and warehouse clean and organized
• Follow all SOPs and workplace safety guidelines
• Operate computer systems for warehouse operations

Requirements

• Relevant e-commerce warehouse experience is required
• Good computer skills
• Inventory experience is an advantage
• Forklift license is an advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets
• Detail-oriented, responsible and hardworking
• Comfortable with prolonged standing
• Punctual and reliable
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Fast-moving and physically agile
• Good eyesight
