Job Description

Reporting to a senior regional leadership team, you will:

• Lead commercial engagement with external manufacturing partners and strategic distributors across APAC
• Manage contract negotiations, renewals, amendments and partner governance activities
• Drive manufacturing transfers, partner transitions and onboarding projects
• Monitor partner performance, service levels, supply reliability and contractual obligations
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, Quality and Commercial teams to mitigate risks and resolve issues
• Support business planning, forecasting, cost optimisation and value creation initiatives
• Contribute to strategic projects including business development activities, network optimisation and integration programmes

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related discipline
• At least 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences or related regulated industries
• Proven experience managing external manufacturers, strategic alliances, distributors or commercial partnerships
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management expertise
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across regional markets
• Solid understanding of supply chain, inventory management, forecasting and commercial performance drivers
• Experience working cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory, Finance and Supply Chain teams
• Track record of leading complex transition, integration or partnership projects
