Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the company’s products and components at customer sites.

• Provide timely and effective technical support to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical and service-related issues.

• Prepare and maintain accurate service reports and other relevant documentation.

• Follow all company health and safety requirements and procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead.

Requirements:

• ITC/NTC in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

• Relevant electrical/mechanical repair experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with good communication and analytical skills.

• Self-motivated, organised, disciplined, and able to work independently or in a team.

• Strong planning, problem-solving, and record-keeping skills.
