Kerja Separuh Masa, Freelance - Contract Account Executive di Cheme Advance Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

To provide temporary accounting support and assist the Accounts Department in maintaining accurate and timely accounting records, with a key focus on clearing outstanding backlogs and completing pending transactions during the contract period.

RESPONDSIBILITIES

a) DAILY ACCOUNTING & TRANSACTIONS

• Handle daily accounting transactions and data entry
• Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) & General Ledger (GL) functions
• Perform customer and supplier account reconciliation
• Assist with bank reconciliation and monthly account closing
• Check invoices, supporting documents and entries for accuracy
• Assist in preparing accounting schedules and reports
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents

b) CHECKING & COMPLIANCE

• Assist in SST checking, including SST treatment and documents
• Assist in e-Invoicing checking — customer info, invoice details, submission status
• Assist with acounts closing - AR, AP and GL closing.
• Assist with audit, tax and other statutory requirements

c) BACKLOG CLEARANCE

• Clear outstanding accounting backlogs and pending transactions
• Follow up and resolve outstanding accounting discrepancies
• Review and update aged outstanding items for timely clearance
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the HOD

CONTRACT TERMS

Contract duration: 2 months

Employment type: Freelance / Contract

Working arrangement: 3days/week in office (Can be discussed)

Working Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

• Knowledge of full set accounting is an advantage

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience

• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently
