Kerja Sepenuh Masa Grinding Machinist, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,500 di GSH Precision Technology Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate surface, cylindrical, centerless, or CNC grinding machines.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and machining specifications.
• Select and install appropriate grinding wheels, fixtures, and tooling.
• Set machine parameters including grinding speed, feed rate, and depth of cut.
• Grind precision metal components to specified dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform in-process and final inspections using micrometers, vernier calipers, gauges, height gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Monitor surface finish, dimensional accuracy, and overall product quality.
• Dress and maintain grinding wheels to ensure consistent machining performance.
• Identify machining defects and make appropriate machine or process adjustments.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on grinding equipment.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
• Follow quality control procedures, workplace safety requirements, and 5S practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve machining and quality issues.

Required Skills

• Experience in precision metal grinding or machining.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand dimensional tolerances.
• Good knowledge of precision measuring instruments.
• Understanding of grinding processes, tooling, and grinding-wheel selection.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and meet production targets.
• Knowledge of CNC grinding is an advantage.
• Experience with tight-tolerance components is preferred.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
