Job Description

Direct daily biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations, batch production execution, and floor compliance within a state-of-the-art cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) biologics facility. Lead shift teams in managing upstream cell culture and downstream purification processes, ensuring total adherence to global health authority regulations (e.g., US FDA, EMA, HSA), stringent process safety frameworks, and yield optimization standards.

Key Responsibilities

• cGMP Production Execution: Oversee continuous floor operations, cleanroom routine activities, automated bioreactors, and chromatography systems to execute bioprocess batches on schedule.
• Shift Leadership & Resource Optimization: Lead, mentor, and schedule shift production technicians and operators; optimize cleanroom equipment utilization and raw material staging to minimize downtime.
• Quality & Deviation Management: Investigate operational deviations, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) in compliance with strict quality management systems (QMS).
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Batch Records: Review and update Master Batch Records (MBRs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and site work instructions to align with regulatory standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Quality Assurance (QA), Manufacturing Sciences and Technology (MS&T), Facilities Engineering, and EHS teams to support facility validation, equipment commissioning, and regulatory audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related life sciences discipline.
• 2–3 years of hands-on production or process execution experience within a regulated biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, or specialized chemical manufacturing facility.
• Strong technical working knowledge of cGMP standards, cleanroom utilities, single-use technology (SUT), and automated distributed control systems (DCS/DeltaV).
• Demonstrated experience handling deviation investigations, audit preparations, and continuous process improvements (Lean Six Sigma / 5S).
• Excellent leadership capability, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a 24/7 continuous manufacturing shift structure.

Pay: $5,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
