We are looking for a customer-oriented
Optical Retail Assistant
to join our team. You will support customers with their eyewear needs while assisting with daily store operations and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer prescriptions, work orders and payments.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
Support daily store operations and ensure the outlet is well-organised.
Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
Career Development
Subsidised study pathway available for selected high-performing staff to pursue qualifications as an
Optician and/or Optometrist
.
Requirements
Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to learn and develop knowledge in the optical industry.
Comfortable working in a retail environment.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
