1. Social Media Management

Assist in managing company social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook)

Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar

Monitor engagement (likes, comments, messages) and respond when required

Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth

2. Content Creation

Create engaging content including captions, short-form videos, and visuals

Support in shooting and editing content for exhibition projects and events

Work with designers to produce marketing materials (posts, banners, reels)

Assist in developing storytelling for completed projects and case studies

3. Campaign Support

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

Support promotional activities for exhibitions, trade shows, and events

Help prepare marketing materials for client presentations and pitches

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing with business goals

4. Market Research

Research industry trends in exhibitions, events, and experiential marketing

Monitor competitors’ marketing strategies and social media presence

Identify new content ideas and marketing opportunities

5. Administrative Support

Maintain content calendars and marketing schedules

Organize digital assets (photos, videos, project materials)

Assist in preparing reports on marketing performance

Requirements

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related field

Skills

Interest in social media and digital marketing

Basic content creation skills (photo/video editing is a plus)

Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn

Good writing and communication skills

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

Knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite

Experience managing social media accounts (personal or school projects)
