Job Summary:
Responsible for handling customer service and vehicle servicing matters, ensuring a smooth and professional after-sales experience for e-MAS customers.

Job Description:

• Attend to customers and understand their EV vehicle service needs.
• Prepare service orders and quotations.
• Coordinate with technicians on EV servicing and repairs.
• Update customers on repair status and completion.
• Handle warranty and service-related matters.
• Ensure good customer service and satisfaction.
• Follow company and e-MAS EV SOP.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Automotive, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive after-sales is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer literate and familiar with basic MS Office.
• Customer-oriented, responsible and willing to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
