Tanggungjawab
- Assist the sales and business development team in identifying new potential customers.
- Follow up with leads, prospects and existing customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and online platforms.
- Support customer enquiries related to copier rental, sales, service and maintenance packages.
- Arrange customer appointments, product presentations and sales meetings when required.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, company profiles and sales documents.
- Maintain and update customer database, lead records and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Customer Service, Technical and Admin teams.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers for long-term business opportunities.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to generate new business leads.
- Prepare sales activity reports and update management on follow-up progress.
- Perform any other sales support or administrative tasks assigned by management.
