The Procurement Executive manages sourcing, tendering, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and purchasing activities to ensure the company obtains quality goods and services at competitive prices. VOPAK TERMINALS SINGAPORE PTE LTD currently has a Procurement Executive opening in Jurong East.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities from sourcing through contract award.
• Develop sourcing strategies and conduct tender processes.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and contractors.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate purchase orders and procurement documentation.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies.
• Analyze costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate supplier and contract records.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and project teams.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply-chain management.
• Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills.
• Experience with tendering and contract management.
• Good analytical and cost-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,250.00 per month
