About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Infant Educator to deliver quality care and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for infants aged 2 to 18 months. The successful candidate will independently manage assigned infant groups, implement curriculum plans and build strong family partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate programmes for infants aged 2-18 months

• Conduct systematic observation and developmental assessments of assigned infants

• Design and maintain responsive learning environments aligned to infant development needs

• Build trusting partnerships with families through regular, meaningful communication

• Maintain accurate developmental portfolios and health/safety records

• Guide Beginning Infant Educators under supervision

• Comply with ECDA licensing requirements and centre quality standards Requirements

• HCIC or ACEY

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an infant care setting preferred

• Strong knowledge of infant developmental milestones and responsive caregiving

• Effective communication skills with families and colleagues Preferred Attributes

• Experience with developmental portfolio documentation systems

• Knowledge of child protection frameworks and ECDA regulations

• Ability to mentor and guide junior colleagues
