Key Responsibilities:

• Play a pivotal role in building a learning culture by supporting the design and delivery of impactful training programmes across the organisation
• Identify learning and development needs across teams through performance reviews, feedback sessions, and skills gap assessments
• Develop engaging training materials, workshop guides, and learning resources tailored to different roles and experience levels
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, structured onboarding programmes, and professional development initiatives end-to-end
• Manage training schedules, learning resources, and external facilitators to ensure smooth and effective programme delivery
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through participant assessments, feedback forms, and post-training performance data
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and learning progress reports for management review and compliance purposes
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure all training initiatives are aligned with organisational goals and workforce needs
• Stay updated on learning trends, instructional design best practices, and emerging development methodologies to keep programmes innovative
• Grow your L&D career with hands-on programme ownership, real impact on people development, and mentorship from experienced leaders

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
