• Facility Operation:

 Oversee the daily operations within the data centres, ensuring all systems are functioning properly.
 Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks with internal teams and external vendors.
 Manage space allocation and layouts to optimize space usage.
 Coordinate with facilities management for maintenance and repairs.

 Liaise with vendors and contractors for facility services such as cleaning, security, and maintenance.
 Negotiate service agreements and ensure adherence to contract terms.
 Monitor vendor performance and address any service issues.

 Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
 Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
 Coordinate emergency response plans and safety training sessions.

• Environmental Management:

 Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices.
 Coordinate waste management and recycling programs.
 Gathering and analysing data and reports.

• Documentation and Reporting:
  

 Maintain accurate records of facility operations, maintenance activities, and inspections.
 Prepare reports on facility performance, incidents, and compliance.
 Assist in developing policies and procedures for facility management.
 Assist in the implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
 Assist in procurement and management practices.
 Support in general administration requirements including writing minutes and other such information capture activities as directed
 Assist to manage staff related data including training plans
