Kerja Sepenuh Masa Commis Chef - Kitchen Crew, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,200 di Koffie Lane Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook café dishes according to Koffie Lane recipes and SOP.
• Handle basic hot kitchen operations including stove and pan cooking.
• Prepare dishes such as pasta, fried rice, chicken dishes and other café meals.
• Operate deep fryer safely for fried food preparation.
• Carry out daily mise en place and ingredient preparation.
• Ensure sufficient prep and stock are ready before service.
• Follow correct portioning, plating and food presentation standards.
• Prepare customer orders efficiently, especially during peak hours.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation, stove, fryer and kitchen equipment.
• Follow proper food hygiene, storage, labelling and FIFO practices.
• Assist senior kitchen crew and Kitchen Leader with daily operations.
• Report low stock, damaged equipment or operational issues immediately.
• Complete daily opening and closing kitchen duties.

Requirements

• Basic kitchen or F&B experience is preferred.
• Experience in hot kitchen, stove or deep fryer is an advantage.
• Basic cooking knowledge such as pasta, fried rice and fried food.
• Fresh candidates with good basic cooking skills may also apply.
• Cleanliness and personal hygiene are very important.
• Disciplined, punctual and responsible.
• Able to follow instructions and SOP consistently.
• Able to work quickly during busy periods.
• Good teamwork and positive working attitude.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays according to schedule.
