About the role
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Handle cashier duties, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Replenish stock and ensure merchandise is displayed neatly.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Support promotional activities and in-store events as required.
• Follow store policies and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual, and proactive.
• Previous retail experience.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, or flexible shifts when needed.

Working Hours

• Flexible part-time schedule.
• Minimum commitment of 3 days per week.
