LOGISTICS CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Location: Changi (CARGO COMPLEX)
️ Working Days: Monday to Friday (OT may be required on Saturday)
Working Hours: Mon - Thur (8am till 5.30pm) & Fri (8am till 6.30pm)
Salary: $2,000 – $2,300
Employment Type: Contract (Convertible to Permanent)

Job Scope
Handle inbound and outbound orders promptly and accurately using SAP.
Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery coordination.
Send daily delivery schedules to transporters.
Prepare and submit reports to customers according to established schedules and requirements.
Liaise with customers and provide support for enquiries or ad-hoc requests.
Perform inventory management, billing, and KPI tracking.
Provide coverage during colleagues’ absences.
Job Duration
Long-term contract (with opportunity for conversion to permanent role)
