Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Patient Collateral :

  • Redesign and update patient educational brochures, specialty center guides, health screening flyers, and digital posters.
  • Translate complex medical procedures into clear, visually engaging infographics for patient awareness.

Video Production & Editing:

  • Script, shoot, and edit high-quality videos featuring doctor interviews, patient recovery stories, new medical equipment, and health tips.
  • Produce optimized short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) to maintain active community engagement.

Website Management & Conversion Optimization:

  • Maintain and optimize the existing hospital website (WordPress), ensuring up-to-date doctor profiles, clinic hours, and service listings.
  • Implement On-Page/Technical SEO strategies to rank higher on local health search terms.
  • Optimize user experience (UX) and online landing pages to increase patient appointment bookings and lead capture.

Digital Campaigns & Performance Marketing:

  • Manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Search to promote health screening packages and specialized clinical services.
  • Monitor performance analytics and track ROI on marketing spend.

Online Reputation Management:

  • Manage and respond to reviews on social media platforms to maintain high patient satisfaction ratings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, and video editing. (Experience in a hospital, clinic, healthcare, or wellness industry is a strong advantage).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign) or CapCut / Canva.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
